90% of people can benefit from increasing their resilience skills which help to protect against mental illnesses such as depression and anxiety. Due largely to the recent pandemic, this need has only increased.
Learn how you can take a preventative approach to mental health – rather than waiting until people need professional treatment, you can support others, proactively connect and build mental wellness.
Resilience First Aid (RFA) this course teaches you strength-based skills to build resilience in others. You will learn how to spot signs of low resilience, learn language in order to talk proactively, and skills that build resilience.

Resilience First Aid is fully accredited by Suicide Prevention Australia, and is also accredited by the ACA.
