ABOUT CAROLINE HAINES

Caroline is accredited by Calm Consulting Pty Ltd (Trading as "Suicide Programs") to deliver the CALM CARE, CALM and the Accidental Counsellor courses.

These suicide awareness, prevention and intervention courses enable participants to have calm conversations that can save lives. The courses are accredited by Suicide Prevention Australia and Suicide Programs who were awarded The Best Suicide Prevention Organisation of 2022. 

Caroline is also a Mental Health First Aid® (MHFA™ Australia) Principal Master Instructor who has trained over 2,000 participants. She is able to offer a suite of early-intervention courses that increase mental health literacy and teach the practical skills needed to support someone experiencing a mental health problem; experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem; or in a mental health crisis until the appropriate professional help is received or the crisis resolves itself. 

Caroline has worked with people from many backgrounds including First Nations & Torres Strait Islanders; LGBTIQ+ and CALD communities; people who experience physical and/or mental health challenges, and many more. Another topic close to Caroline's heart is eliminating bullying. She has joined with Dolly's Dream to deliver their anti-bullying workshops not only to children but also to adults.

Caroline has now completed her upskilling in order that she can offer the Resilience First Aid Courses (RFAST, RFA, PR6 Toolkit, & PR6 + JSECC) to all of her clients.  She is also a Certified Resilient Workplace (CReW) Implementation Partner. The HART course will be availalble in the coming weeks. If you would like to know more, please send us an email with your preferred location, approximate numbers and the approximate time frame.

Where have you seen Caroline before??

In the Newcastle Area? - Caroline originally used Nobby's RLSS Club (pre COVID), Jobquest Training Rooms in Mayfield, Hamilton’s Community Hive followed by The Rydges Hotel – Newcastle. In order to keep costs down for her clients, she now runs public courses at The Honeysuckle Executive Apartments, (formerly The Chifley Apartments), Honeysuckle Dr, Newcastle, NSW.

Mid North NSW Coast? - Tuncurry Memorial Hall and Bulahdelah School of Arts Hall. Now at Tuncurry Beach Bowling Club

In the Sydney area she was at The Workplace Safety Centre in St Mary’s, JobQuest – Penrith, Hudson Ave Castle Hill and PCYC Parramatta before moving to The Rydges Hotel – Parramatta. In addition, Dooley's Catholic Club in Regents Park, NSW has also been added.
