ABOUT CAROLINE HAINES

Caroline a Certified Resilient Workplace (CReW) Implementation Partner and is one of only 14 internationally recognised accredited instructors who is able to deliver ALL of the Hello Driven Resilience courses - Resilience First Aid Starter Training (RFAST), Resilience First Aid (RFA), High Adversity Resilience Training (HART), PR6 Toolkit & JSECC. Caroline also an accredited by Calm Consulting Pty Ltd (Trading as "Suicide Programs") to deliver the CALM CARE, CALM and the Accidental Counsellor courses. These courses can be delivered internationally in both Face to Face and Online formats.

The suicide awareness, prevention and intervention courses enable participants to have calm conversations that can save lives. The courses are accredited by Suicide Prevention Australia and Suicide Programs who were awarded The Best Suicide Prevention Organisation of 2022 and the winner for the Corporate Live Wire Global Awards for 2023/24.

In addition, Caroline is a Mental Health First Aid® (MHFA™ Australia) Principal Master Instructor who has trained over 2,500 participants. She is able to offer a suite of early-intervention courses that increase mental health literacy and teach the practical skills needed to support someone experiencing a mental health problem; experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem; or in a mental health crisis until the appropriate professional help is received or the crisis resolves itself. These courses can only be delivered in Australia and to overseas Australian Territories.

Since the changes that MHFA made to their website and systems in November 2023, it has been harder and harder to fill face to face public courses. New inexperienced instructors are also being trained every single week by MHFA, therefore the competition also increases substantially. The cost for room hire and catering have also risen. After 8 years of running public face to face courses, Caroline has made the very difficult decision to cease delivering MHFA Courses to the public in this format effective as of 1 January 2025. Moving forward, she will continue to offer online public blended courses and in-house private bookings.

Back due to public demand, Caroline is also offering CPR and First Aid Courses. She has been delivering these courses since 1995 and has previously worked for RLSS and a variety of other Internationally recognised organisations. She is now a registered trainer with HealthCorp and RLSS. Fire Safety courses are also available. Please note that these courses are only available in Australia.

Caroline has worked with people from many backgrounds including First Nations & Torres Strait Islanders; LGBTIQ+ and CALD communities; people who experience physical and/or mental health challenges, and many more.

In the Newcastle Area? - Caroline originally used Nobby's Surf Life Saving Club (pre COVID), Jobquest Training Rooms in Mayfield, Hamilton’s Community Hive followed by The Rydges Hotel – Newcastle & at Novaskill Broadmeadow, NSW.

Central & Mid North NSW Coasts? - Previously at Tuncurry Memorial Hall & Bulahdelah School of Arts Hall, Tuncurry Beach Bowling Club & "My Glory" in Mount Colah.

In the Sydney area she was at The Workplace Safety Centre in St Mary’s, JobQuest – Penrith, Hudson Ave Castle Hill & PCYC Parramatta before moving to The Rydges Hotel – Parramatta. This was then followed by Dooley's Catholic Club in Regents Park, NSW.

No matter where you are, Caroline is able to deliver across the entire World either in person or virtually. She currently has working rights in the UK, Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, The Isle of Man, Canada, Australia (including overseas Territories) and New Zealand.

2 & 3 day accredited courses offers specialized resilience skills for professionals working in the emergency services, healthcare, law enforcement, military, and other high-adversity fields.
